Bicycle Tours
Times are tough and you just need to chill out with as little pressure as possible?
We have the answer in our beautiful region of the Chesapeake Bay of Virginia. Cooler seasons are upon us and this is a perfect time for biking!
We are suggesting several basic routes for you to follow on your bikes and we will make sure your luggage will find you at your next destination. This program will run from September 14, 2009 until May 13, 2010.
The rate per couple (or single) is $175 per night Sunday thru Thursday nights inclusive, plus taxes (5% VA sales tax; local surcharges may apply). Add $10 per night for Friday or Saturday night stays. This price includes:
- overnight in a lovely B & B
- full breakfast
- luggage transportation to the next inn
- bikes & riders transported over any bike-prohibited bridge en route
- a $40 voucher towards dinner
- information on historic sites, scenic points and lunch stops

On June 19, a lucky couple won a marvelous experience of our Chesapeake Bay region. This package was showcased by the Virginia Tourism Corporation from June 11-18. You can book it for yourself or as a gift, the ultimate B & B getaway! Here's what the package includes:
- Lodging for two (2) for three (3) nights (one room), one night each at three (3) member inns of the Bed & Breakfast Association of Virginia - Chesapeake Bay B&B Region (winner's choice of which three)
- Breakfast for two (2) each morning at the B&B
- Dinner for two (2) each evening at a restaurant near the B&B you're visiting, excluding alcoholic beverages
- Cruise for two (2) of the Chesapeake Bay
- Wine tour and tasting for two (2) at Ingleside Vineyards
- Gift basket and gift certificates from local stores

Travel must be taken between July 1, 2009, and June 30, 2010. Cruise is seasonal and may not be available when winner travels. Lodging is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
